10:01 pm - The Black Donnellys
if yrs want tr find oot aboot the real BLACK DONNELLYS, they wer a clan of marderin' hoorse thieves from an area near Toronto, Canada back in the 19th century.

well, puddletown paddys are in need of a bass player, as Dizzy Dave went off the wagon and back to being a total snapcase. I tried very hard not to break any of his fingers during his psychotic episode Thursday night... not anything to brag about. what a fucking turd.

if ys want to add me on myspace, you gota know my lastname. (DONNELLY)

07:20 pm - NOT sold out
Even though the site says sold out, I went to Ticketmaster online and got my husband 2 tickets to see the Pogues on March 17th. (He's working in NYC that weekend, I'm stuck here in Iowa, no reason he shouldn't have fun though). I was going to get one of the other days and thought, hrm, let me see if there is ANYTHING available and there was no problem picking up tickets (except the price, owtch).

So before you look for scalpers or go another day, check Ticketmaster if you wanted to go on the 17th. (And don't kill me if somehow I bought the last two available or something.)

Some slut flashing her boobs at the audience and then A.W.K embarrassing the shit out of her by telling her, "You know, this IS an all-ages show."

07:28 pm - Band Names?
Hey everyone. I've got a poguesy band together and I need a name. Keep in mind this is drunken celtic-irish punk music, and i'm trying to get something that at least somewhat reflects that style. This is my list, so please comment and tell me which ones jump out at you... which ones would make you sit up and take notice. Also, if you have any ideas of your own, feel free to shout them out! Cheers...

The Wolf Pack/The Wolves
The Valiants
The Bismarcks
The Dreadnoughts
The Brigands
The Rummies
The Privateers
O'Malley's Revenge
The Rats
The U-Boats
The Men

The Transients
The Micks
